Great stay at Bison Ranch
10.0We loved our suite. It looks like it was recently renovated. The furniture and appliances looked almost new. The kitchen had everything we need, there was a washer and dryer, there was a fireplace (we didn’t use with temps in the 80s), and a gas barbecue grill on of the 2 decks. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The grounds looked good and were very well maintained. The only negative was there was a charge of $49.95 for 10 days to use wi-fi.
I would definitely stay here again.

10.0Our third time here at Bison Ranch was as great as the first two visits. Large well appointed rooms, a great pool, and it’s in a great location in Northern Arizona.
Gem at Heber-Overgaard
10.0Lovely location, great staff, very nice resort, very big apartment with 2 balconies. Nice pool and jacuzzi. But they shoul place some fences for the wind and more umbrellas at the pool.

Please note that the main pool and children's pool are closed from 1 November until 1 April. The hot tub remains open year round.
The resort's parking lot will be redone Oct-Nov. 2022, which will affect the entire property. During this time noise, dust, odors and work crews on-site may be experienced, and parking may be blocked.
