A bit disappointed over all
5.0My wife was very disappointed when she asked for coffee with her breakfast. She was given a cafater of instant coffee, when there was a coffee station on the counter.
− our room was up in the attic and had very little head room, for what we paid.

3.0No elevator to level 3. Hauling the luggage up the stairs was an ordeal (although the staff helped). If we had known earlier, we would have packed a smaller bag - just for this stay.

A lovely hotel in Inverness
9.0A charming BnB-style hotel with connected bar/restaurant. The room is spacious and well-appointed. All bathroom amenities included. Ten minute walk uphill from the train station, ten minute walk to the waterfront. Breakfast option is quite nice with well-made assortment of foods. Friendly staff who kindly kept our luggage after checkout for a few hours while we explored the city after checkout.
− While it wasn’t a problem for us, there are no elevators for those with disabilities.
