− The owners locked me out.

5.0− We were billed twice, first by booking.com and then by Big 12 Motel of Broken Bow, NB. Its been a week since we tried to communicate with Booking.com and the motel and still no response.
The room was uncomfortable and musty smelling the air conditioner was extremely musty
