7.0La ubicació, la decoració de les habitacions. que tingui dos lavabos. Que tingui terrassa
− La terrassa tenia el mobiliari una mica vell, el sofà de la zona d'estar també estava vastant gastat i el material no era confortable. A la cuina faltaven alguns estris basics, com una gerra d'aigua, per exemple. A la terrassa hi havia coloms tot el temps i deixaven bruticia, potser s'hauria d'acabar de posar les punxes que impedeixen el seu pas. A les nits se sentia una mica el soroll de carrer

9.0It had a good AC. Bathrooms adequate. The upstairs one very comfortable shower. Shower soaps were good It was lovely and clean. The terrace was lovely when it cooled down in the evening, and in the early morning. The beds were comfy.
− It felt a bit dark in main area. The big dining table takes up all the space unnecessarily. Obviously we would have preferred a lift, but we appreciate it is a penthouse.
