2.0the room was dirty, floor was wet everywhere. complained about noise several times and got no resolution. currently fighting with them because i booked a different hotel, and they don't want to refund me. i advise booking early enough to avoid this hotel in Tioga, or just drive from Stanley or Williston.

10.0I loved that it wasn’t hard to be checked in, everything was clean and tidy except for the microwave- there was left over cheese or something on the glass tray. One of the house keepers helped find my phone and brought it out to me so that was very sweet!

6.0The breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. The elevator was broken and they put us on the fourth floor. We needed a first floor room.

10.0There was a problem when we arrived. Our room ( 2 beds and handicapped accessible) we had reserved was given to a previous couple, so the 1st night we had a 1 bed, not accessible room. Jody was wonderful and apologized for the inconvenience and we had the room the next day when the couple left.
