10.0The whole staff at the hotel were excellent. They were very helpful with recommendations and were genuinely concerned, that we have a pleasant experience. The room that we spent our first night in was going to undergo some type of reparation. So the staff offered us a much nicer room with a view of the volcano for no extra charge. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

10.0I could not have asked for a better place to post up while exploring La Fortuna. The room was immaculate, the people working at the desk were all very knowledgable (Thanks GiGi and Rocio!!) and while I like practicing mi Espanol, they all spoke English. Very happy with my stay!
