The property is beautiful. The staff were nice and helpful.

− Our stay was satisfactory. But I had made a small error - I had booked all the 6 nights for single occupancy where as last two nights were double occupancy. The option is not available on the booking site so I thought we can pay the extra at the hotel. The Hotel charged us a ridiculous amount - almost 20 times more than what it shows on booking.com for a double occupancy of the same room. And when we questioned the manager - he was dismissive and rude.

Nice architecture and ocean view. The villa itself is spacious.

− This property is marketed as premium but does not meet even basic expectations for that price level. The pool water was visibly cloudy throughout the stay (see photo comparison with listing). This is not a minor detail — it makes the main facility unusable. The tennis court is in extremely poor condition and cannot realistically be used. WiFi is unreliable. Not just slow — unstable, with very high latency (screenshot attached), which makes normal usage frustrating. Air conditioning in the initial room was excessively noisy and affected sleep, which led to a room change. Housekeeping standards are questionable — at one point our laundry was mistakenly discarded. Food and spa prices are heavily inflated compared to nearby options, without any quality advantage. Service is inconsistent and largely reactive. Staff tend to be passive unless pushed, and issues are only addressed after escalation. Management response was particularly disappointing — instead of acknowledging problems, they were dismissed as “misunderstandings.” Overall, this is a property that looks premium but operates well below that level.

L'emplacement en bord de mer, la Piscine superbe, le personnel et les extérieurs.

− le lit, le matelas, la climatisation, l'absence de rideaux donc d'intimité, les bruits du cumulus et de la chasse d'eau la nuit, absence de prise à la tête de lit, plage de l'hôtel impropre à la baignade quel dommage !!!!!

Хороший отзывчивый персонал, красивая территория отеля. Понравилось, что персонал очень ответственно подошел к празднованию нового года. Подготовили ужин, пригласили диджея, запускали фейерверки.

− Отсутствие пляжа, на котором можно купаться. Пляж при отеле для купания не подходит. Очень плохо работал кондиционер в номере, из-за сильной духоты было невозможно спать. Ограниченное количество горячей воды в номерах, может не хватить на прием ванны.
