NOT WORTH THE MONEY
6.0ITs only a 3 bedroom, bot a 4 bedroom like advertised. There were cigarette butts everywhere outside, there was suppose to be a lock box to get in but house was just unlocked, no keys so our stuff was just out in the open all weekend. the beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. the box spring was so warped that the bed laid in all different directions. The plumbing backed up, whenever you tried to shower, there was no extra toilet paper in the house at all, had to go buy our own. the cold water didn't work in the bath tub so it was scalding hot. Was very disappointed in my stay.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - DIRTY HOUSE
4.0This house is not what is advertised. First, it is not a 4 bedroom house. It's 3 bedrooms. Second, the place is dirty. We found an old shrimp on the living room rug. Who knows how long it had been there. They clearly state that this is a non-smoking property inside and out, but the backyard was littered with cigarette butts. We also found an old weed jar back there. The single TV in the house had blown out speakers so enjoy buzzy, fuzzed out audio if you decide you want to watch. I also want to leave a review for the rental company. Beware! When you rent this property through hotels.com, please be aware that you will have to deal with a third party company for check in. We received instructions to send credit card info for a deposit and then we would receive the code for a lockbox with the house keys inside. The company gave us the WRONG CODE for the lockbox, When I called the customer service line I was told I'd be receiving a call back in 5 min. I called back after 20 min and no one was picking up the line. I got hotels.com involved and they also could not reach anyone. This is now 2 hours after arriving at the property. Long story short, we received the correct code at 8:00pm! We waited and drove around Hollywood for 4 hours!! Do not rent this property or any other property through this company.
