8.0Pier B After a couple of years, I returned to Pier B. I was really surprised by the changes—all positive ones. Great service and a truly warm welcome. The rooms still need a little work when it comes to the sofa beds. I really appreciate that there’s a floor dedicated to my dog friends; I don’t have one myself, but they’re my friends anyway. Just one comment about the bathroom sink: the drain was completely clogged—as if it hadn’t been cleared for months—and it was disgusting. Luckily, Kelly was kind enough to take care of the situation right away. See you next year.Glad to

10.0We liked everything. The hotel is beautiful. The scenery is beautiful. Such a relaxing vibe but also so much to do within walking distance. We love how everything was right there though as in the restaurant, full bar which did not disappoint! The food and drinks were exceptional, with an amazing staff as well . The pool. and hot tub are very nice and we liked the intimate bonfires you could have without sharing that space 😬 All in all it was a wonderful stay! We will definitely book here again next summer when we come back.
