2.0Infested with bugs, and allegedly not safe. Police cars were there, see picture. Cockroaches were disgusting, do NOT stay here!!!
Aweful!!!!!
1.0Upon arrival no one was in the lobby so it took about 20 mins of wondering if the hotel was even staffed . I waited with several other guest who were just as confused. When I went to my room someone was already in the room,in the bed and the tv was on. I was so scared I screamed “sorry” and went back to the desk. I received a new room and couldn’t get in the room even though the door light turned green. After both experiences I asked to cancel my reservation which I did not get a refund yet because unfortunately I reserved the room through Booking.com. The staff at the desk was very polite and nice throughout both experiences but the facility was dirty.
Not worth the price
2.0The Front Desk staff were great but the experience was anything but. The bathroom sink did not work. The bathroom was not clean. There was a fist-sized hole all the way through the bathroom door. There was trash left from the previous guest. There was still food remnants on the counter in the kitchenette. We were told there were no other rooms available and had no other options. Not worth the price and will not stay at this chain again.
