− No customer positive experience they put me in a dirty room with no towels didnt prioritize my money I could’ve went somewhere else for that bad welcome

− The property was very dirty, the smell of cigarette smoke was so thick, I could not stay. I had booked a non smoking room. Online it said the room was available. When I got to the hotel, 10 minutes later, they said there were non available. I have asthma. They charged me the full amount even though I didn’t stay at their hotel.
WHO STAYS IN A HOTEL AND CLEAN AFTER THEY SELF EVERYDAY..DIABOLICAL!!
