10.0The room and ambiance was simply amazing. The food and service was top tier! I requested room decoration and it was simply beautiful to walk into a room with fresh flowers.
Need an over haul
4.0Was disappointed to see the hotel was so run down. Need to have an update to bring it back and maintained the quality of 5 star rating from 10 years ago. Lots of mosquitoes in room and asked receptionist to spray. Was told that this is a tropical island Madame. Cannot sit by the pool without mosquitos making a meal out of us. Was then given burner to use by our villa pool and this helped a lot, but main pool was still an issue. Beach transfer to beach that is more suitable for surfer than a swimmer and no t private to hotel. Staff was lovely and helpful.

10.0It was an amazing experience for us, the biggest highlight was how beautiful our one bed villa was, and the hotel staff were genuinely amazing, super friendly and super attentive, felt like a family environment. It’s very calm and super amazing for it’s spa, breakfast (specially floating breakfast), and villa. I would definitely recommend, specially the staff there is going to make it very easy for you, they are amazing. Value for money is amazing and it is very clean, daily cleaning was very good.

− The room was dated, and a bit grubby, plus no shower curtains meant the room got very wet. It smelt a bit damp as a result. The cleaning wasn't up to western standards.
