6.0Posizione centralissima. Bella la terrazza dell’appartamento.
− Staff inesistente. Impossibile comunicare con loro purtroppo. Rispondevano a messaggi dopo ore e ore. Non li ho visti nè al check in nè al check out. Neanche un messaggio di saluto e ringraziamento quando ho lasciato sul tavolo di mia sponte , allegando foto, tassa di soggiorno e altra spesa da pagare.

4.0La posizione è incredibile, vicinissima al centro di Pietrasanta è ideale per chi non vuole spostare la macchina la sera per uscire a cena
− La camera doppia era venduta come tripla, ma da nessuna parte veniva indicato che il terzo letto (pagato comunque 35€ di supplemento) era una brandina indecente. La camera era molto trasandata, con diversi segni del tempo totalmente non curati. La porta finestra che dava sulla terrazza comune non si apriva bene perché strisciava il pavimento, il bidet non scaricava l’acqua, il box doccia non si chiudeva, oltre a diverse crepe nel muro, prese staccate e carta da parati strappata. Abbiamo chiesto gentilmente alla proprietaria se ci potesse venire incontro visto che la nostra amica ha fatto due notti insonni sulla brandina ai piedi del letto, ma ci è stato risposto che non vedeva assolutamente il problema e la lamentela. Di tutto punto, forse temendo il blocco della carta, mi è stato prelevato l’importo totale della prenotazione ancora prima del check out quando noi ancora eravamo in stanza, in attesa di un suo riscontro. La zona colazione era terribilmente sporca e trasandata, oltre che vecchia e in condizioni pietose. Peccato, Pietrasanta è un gioiellino ma questi dettagli e soprattutto questi comportamenti ne rovinano proprio la bellezza.
