8.0Location is ideal, staff helpful and friendly. Pool & jacuzzi a little on the cold side - Disappointed that you had to pay for the steam room. Rooms were great and the shower/bath were brill - warm and comfortable. Boot room was great but lacking a bit of seating and was always wet on the floor - the lockers needed hooks. Bar area was quiet but very pleasant, nice beer and a good pool table. WiFi was a bit weak and the lift had a mind of its own. No complaints at all, just subtle suggestions for improvement.

8.0Good clean spacious simple apartment - ideal for 4 people. Great location directly across from the Super Chatel lift and Intersport ski hire shop. Very central for some lovely restaurants and the local shops/bakery, though you can have bread/croissants ordered to reception each morning - very reasonably priced. I feel they could have supplied some basics though eg soap in the bathrooms, washing up liquid, a cloth and tea towel in the kitchen, a few dish washing tablets & spare toilet roll. Also, 1 bath towel each for 5 days is not sufficient - even 1 change would be better. And towels for the swimming pool. Pool is small but adequate and along with the jacuzzi, is ideal for some relaxation after a day’s skiing. Pool could be a bit warmer though. Overall a great stay at a reasonable price.

10.0Clean, spacious accommodation with friendly staff and good facilities. Prime location with great access to local shops, bars and restaurants as well as being extremely close to the Super Chatel gondola.

10.0We checked in online but didn’t receive email about which room we were in, so had to queue at reception so wasted our time. Pool was great also location was perfect.
Great location
8.0Great location , but needs to invest in more staff. The bar for instance is a total no go as you have to go to the reception to ask for a drink , and the reception is usually 3 deep in customers queuing. The inventory check list and POLICE forms on check in are totally unnecessary. The check out is also a joke. It states 10am check out, but in reality it means you have to choose a check out slot , if you miss the 10 am one , you get 9.45, 9.30, 9.15 etc Not good. The pool is to small and forget about the hot-tub its always full. There are no instructions to work heating or microwave and apartments really require a traditional oven. ski lockers need a heated boot function, But over all I would go back just because the location is so good.
