9.0The staff was very nice and helpful. Fresh towels each day and garbage removed daily. Stayed 5 nights.

2.0The room was clean enough and the air conditioner worked
− First off when I went to check in they tried to charge me again even though I had prepaid it thru Booking.com. We spent a good 1/2 hour to 45 minutes trying to get it worked out. I had to get on the phone with the manager who tried to tell me that because they had not received payment from you that they were going to charge me again. I suggested that her problem was something she needed to work out with you and to honor my reservation and prepaid booking, which she finally reluctantly did. Room was okay but no hot or even warm water in the shower. When I booked it said that this was the last room available but there were several open rooms. Towels were kinda ragged too. Maintenance decided that 7am on Sunday morning was a great time to drag trash cans through the middle of the lot. Nice and loud! Overall this was just not a good place.
