2.0The beds felt like you were sleeping on concrete. The water smelled like rotten eggs and the smell lingered the whole time we were there.

6.0Hotels.com booked this reservation and the hotel has no computer check in so when i arrived the room i booked was gone and it was cheaper then booking with hotels.com... Lady was very nice and was offering another room but wasnt what i wanted
Look beyond the appearances
10.0If you look beyond the age of this place and are really there just to stay over a night, this is a cute place to be. The appearance may turn you away, but I was very comfortable sleeping, showering and even watching TV after using the microwave and fridge. The floor fountain needs work but for less than 60 including taxes, I'm very happy with this place!

2.0I made reservations for a smoking room that was pet friendly. When we arrived they told me that they closed all their rooms. I showed them my reservation receipt and all they would do is put me in a non smoking room and NO PETS. Its -2° outside and smoking outside is just not going to happen. And what was i supposed to do about my dog??? We ended up having to go to another hotel and pay almost twice as much!
Accommodating front desk
8.0Accommodating & friendly front-desk. EASY to find! No handicapped-accessible room, however. No plug-ins by the beds. Asked for & got an extension cord to plug bi-pap in so I could place it near the bed.
Worst room ever known
2.0This room was absolutely disgusting. The curtains were so stained with what looked like blood.
