4.0The staff are very helpful and provide good service. However, I have no further comments regarding this hotel as I was unable to stay there, as my booking had been allocated to another customer.
− 1. Parking space is extremely limited. 2. The room has a persistent musty smell, which makes it uncomfortable to stay in. 3. I was unable to stay at this hotel as my booked room had been allocated to another guest, which was very disappointing. However, the staff were very helpful and arranged an alternative room and accommodation at another hotel under the same ownership.

2.0− The condition inside the hotel room was uncomfortable, with old furniture and bedsheets and dull wall paint. The corridor leading to room on ground floor was untidy, cluttered with cleaning equipment such as brooms and mops.

1.0− I was charged twice.. by online and cash.. when I ask the hotel management, he refused to give my cash back.. he asked me to contact booking .com for refund.. what an irresponsible answer!! The room lock all very bad..

1.0− I made the payment shortly after 12AM, which reasonably caused confusion as I believed the booking was for the same night. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that the room was already fully booked and unavailable. This means the service could not be provided at that time. Additionally, I noticed there was initially a “free cancellation” option in the system, but it disappeared after I contacted customer service. This has caused confusion and concern on my side.
