i have been staying in hotels and motel while travelling for 7 years. And this was the worst experience. Nobody when i went to check in. there was numbers on the door to call but no one recieves. Half an hour later someone comes but sends us to a room where there is already people. i unlocked the door and walked in to someone in the room naked. Horrible! then we get assigned to another room which has dirty bedsheets and cigarette burns on the pillow. The room pictures doesnt match and i wont go to details to the amenities lol. yes i have stayed in cheap places to just sleep for the night and go to hiking. but you cant stay here

Dirty and full of tweezers

At Apple Tree there were no food options that I saw. The beds were comfortable, but the sheets kept coming off. The flooring is warped and noisy when walking on it. The TV volume was so low at 100% making it extremely hard to hear. I did not take pictures but the building need much work outside as well as inside. When we first arrived there was a 30 minute wait for someone to check us in. There were numbers to call, but NO answer to any of the numbers. When the woman did come out she was surprised that there was someone waiting to check in. This is not clean outside. I lived in Richfield for 26 years, the Apple Tree had a great reputation that is why I chose it, I am very sorry that I did.

Located in the middle of Richfield Utah The Apple Tree Inn is ideally placed for a comfortable and quiet night sleep in close proximity to a grocery store a convenience store and several other local businesses. With very reasonably priced rooms with air conditioning and Wi-Fi and television this is an excellent choice for anyone traveling through town or planning to stay in the area and see the sights for a while. The rooms were clean simply furnished and the bedding was also clean there were no bugs in the room nor were their bed bugs. The staff are exceptionally friendly professional and willing to help.

The Inn is along the main road. From the outside you will already not expect luxury. The check in was very friendly/ We got a number code for the room. The room itself is big enough but very basic and in dire need of renovation. Smell of mold. However, the bed linen was clean, so was the bathroom and the A/C worked well. Wi-fi did pose a problem however. The connection at the office was good, but it could not be picked up in our room and another connection was so unstable that it was useless. They were kind enough to give us another room closer to the reception (actually a bigger room) and here we got an acceptable connection. Furthermore an empty tissue box, coffee machine and, as we found out later when the office was closed, no towels. The room was quiet however and the sleep quality was good. I think we got what we could expect for this price.
