7.0It was clean with a very good location near to taksim and many shops and restaurants and cafes. The staff were also good.
− The room is very very tiny, especially for two people. You cannot even open your suitcases. Also the room's light is not sufficient.

− الغرفة صغيرة جداً جداً لم اجد مكان لوضع شنطتي و كذلك البطانية صغيره حقت اطفال و كذلك المغسله تصريفها بطيء و لكن المشكلة الاساسية الغرفه صغيره جداً بشكل لا تتخيله و ايضاً البطانية حقت اطفال صغار ما نمت بسببها

9.0This was our second visit, and once again, we were very satisfied with our experience. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and its location is fantastic, with easy access to Taksim Square, shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to El and the entire reception team for their outstanding assistance in helping us retrieve a lost phone. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help were truly appreciated and made a big difference to our stay. Considering the excellent location, great service, and reasonable prices, Mint Residence is definitely worth recommending. We had a great experience and will certainly consider a return for a third stay.
