6.0I wish they ll have paper towels and litle towels more than one and litle spoons and glasses regular not for wine. No one on front desk, hot water tank ( without water)

4.0Sheets had dark hair on them. Pillows were old yellow and lumpy as if they’ve never been changed. There was dark hair on the bathroom walls and a knife just sitting on top of the towels in the bathroom when we arrived. The bathtub backed up while having a shower. The couch was dirty and there is no sound proofing which made the neighbours very loud
