Very unpleasant!!
2.0Breakfast was very minimal.
− The pool wasn't working, the room smelled. The staff wasn't friendly. They charged twice for having the dogs and when called about it they said they didn't. It took a week to have them remove the charge. Won't ever stay there again.

3.0Close to where we needed to be for our meetings.
− The first room we were put in, you could tell that one of the beds had been used and not remade. Very dirty, even the lamp shade had like finger prints of dirt. Very dusty. When we called the front desk to ask to be moved the desk attendant told us one of us needed to go down and get new keys, for a new room. Which was fine, but then he said in quite a jerky tone, "I cant go around hunting for people, so one of you has to come down to the desk." Yes, we got that the first time. We did and the next room was a little better. Huge gauges in the wall from who knows what. The tub was dirty and you all but needed to be am engineer to figure out how to use the shower.
