10.0Fabulous room, comfortable, great surroundings, and location, lovely breakfast very well presented and very helpful and friendly staff, will definitely visit again

Great location and good value
10.0The cottage had everything we needed for our four night stay. The bed was large and comfortable. The walking shower was perfect and the shower stool was appreciated. Grounds of castle were well kept.

5.0Nice breakfast and very good location. Water in room.
− No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Apparently they were in a "communal area" as were the hotel information which was not made clear. No one to help with anything (e.g. information). Very "oldie worldie" fittings in room. Wardrobe too small for hangers, single seat so low and wobbly I needed 2 cushions to use the desk. Not worth £150 a night.

10.0Excellent location, very near to restaurants and points of interest. Excellent quality linens and towels, immaculately clean. Lovely grounds and very good quality breakfast.
− The fire doors in other rooms are a little loud but this is only a minor point.
