6.0The stay over all was very good. The main issues were as follows. 1 the palmer inn is not a hotel, its a bed and breakfast venue 2. The owner was very polite and helpful, but she had no information about our reservation. But she had a room so we stayed, there was nothing else available in the area. 3. We had to leave a day earlt due to my wife getting sick and feverish, but the owner gladly refunded the cost of the second day. Other than that it was great, nice quiet atmosphere, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, It was a very nice romantic 1 day stay. I would reccomend it for a quiet romantic get away, or even just a few day stay away from all the fast paced mess in the big city. Will return again when not on a business stay. 5 stars

2.0nothing was like it should was left to lock up when I left the building no one on the property except a Handman no one on the desk except a teenager to check me in doors was hard to lock. and it was clean rooms but if you had problems no one there all night except me it was scare and I didn't rest at all. Will not be going back there at all.
