− poor communication with a hotel/apart manager. I would say the style of WhatsApp messages were rude, and my friend who met with a manager for check in in person had the same impression. Clear instructions for check in but not for check out. Recommendations for managers to add check out rules in their WhatsApp’s and booking instructions.
