10.0Excellent location, friendly staff. It fully met our expectations. The hotel doesn't have an elevator and there are no rooms on the first floor; it was not an issue for us, but keep it in mind if you need it.

4.0Был приятно удивлён звонком накануне, у меня уточнили детали по заезду и выслушали мои пожелания. Хороший подход к гостям. При заезде из двух забронированных номеров, удалось вселиться в один, второй был готов к обозначенному времени заезда. Отель на фото выглядит лучше, чем в реалиях. В остальном же - типичная уставшая трешка с причитающемся ей особенностями: 1. Бумажные двери и отсутствие звукоизоляции. Все что происходит в коридоре-вы отлично слышите в своей комнате. 2. Дверные замки оборудованы системой сигнализирующей о незакрытии двери. С противным писком. Отличная фишка. Но один минус- поскольку служебное помещение находилось неподалёку- горничные не утруждали себя своевременным закрытием дверей. Жутко раздражает. 3. В отеле отсутствует лифт. Преодоление лестничных пролетов будет тем ещё квестом если у вас тяжелый багаж. 4. Окна полулюксов выходят во внутренний двор - колодец над крышей кухни. Здесь же осуществляется разгрузка товара. Как вы думаете какое для неё самое подходящее время по мнению администрации? Как оказалось по опыту- около полуночи. Все ночи, силясь уснуть, «наслаждался» грохотом разгрузочных работ. С учетом акустики делает резонанс сего действа ещё звучнее. 5. Завтраки проходят в маленьком помещении кафе. При заезде предупредили что на завтрак выделяют 30’,тк отель на 40 номеров и все гости не поместятся, просили обозначить точное время для его приема и резервации столика. В рабочий день я согласен с таким подходом, но в выходной - перебор
