2.0they are having standard room like rats box, no windows. When I asked for room with windows, they try to charge me extra 10$, finally I pay 5$ overcharge. Avoid at any cost, around are plenty of similar hotels with lower prices.

8.0I arrived in Yangon very late at night. when I arrived at the hotel they were waiting for me. they speak very little English but they know what to do. the room I had booked was clean and even had drinking water ready for me. I found the window was a little too small so I upgraded to a room with a balcony, the upgrade cost me very little and the staff helped me move. overall this is a great hotel which makes it very well is the staff, they are always there and willing to help and answer any question. planning to go back to Yangon next November and I will definitely book a room at this hotel.

6.0Ive stayed here about 3 times over the years but I probably wont stay again , not sure if its new owners or something else , it just was nt as great as in the past . It is a handy walk to everything , a balcony room is great value as you get a chance to sit a watch Yangon life stroll past .

8.0Small and on a small street but located in a vibrant part of Yangon. Wish we had stayed in the area more than one night. Staff was very attentive.

6.0Aircon was leaking and stuffy warm room because aircon spoil. I sleep sweating. Lol

2.0They don't have the bookings in order so they could not find mine. The tours manager doesn't deliver what he promises. The internet fails.
