Great place, great location but the staff needs manners and training.
7.0The location is amazing and has everything within walking distance. There are many bakeries nearby that are cheap so you dont even need breakfast at the hotel. The room was large and clean. The outside area is really quiet. Huge number of shops and eating places within 1'. Great monuments very close.
− The staff wasnt helpful and polite. We arrived and we waited outside for 15' while buzzing and calling on whatsup until another guest arrived and we also entered. After another 10' we waited by the reception and once the staff arrived they just gave us an excuse that they were upstairs and busy, not even sorry. The AC barely cooled so we opened the cover and cleaned the really dirty and clogged mesh filters ourselves and it worked fine. During the second night it started to heavily drip water in the room so next morning we informed the reception for maintenance. After we arrived back we found out that the maintenance staff put tools on one of our beds. Even found footprints on it! It was clearly dirty. We informed the reception and she plainly said that the cleaning staff is due for the day and she gave us spare sheets and we changed and cleaned the bed ourselves. The AC was fixed. Again not even sorry. The breakfast area is beautiful and peaceful outside and the staff was polite. However, the breakfast is poor for a 4 star hotel. We even noticed same food being reserved the next days and unclean/moldy plates/containers that were indicated and removed immediately. Outside in the breakfast area there were wasps that kept swarming our table. We couldnt eat so we put a plate with leftovers away so they were busy while we are. The cleaning lady was SUPER helpful, joyful and kind but she spoke 0% english. These might be small things but they add up and change the whole hotel experience
