10.0El servicio fue muy bueno, las instalaciones son muy comodas y muy cerca a la playa y area comercial de santa marta, pero en la pagina se deberia hacer la aclaración que los precios que alli se relacionan son sin iva, ya que el valor final a pagar fue mayor al que en la pagina de hoteles.com decia en general el hotel es muy bueno

10.0I liked this hotel a lot. It’s not that far from the beach, it’s close to the Parque de los novios and it’s quiet at night. The bed was comfortable and the room is pretty big. The only things I did not like was that the shower knob was broken and made it annoying taking a shower. Also there was no shower head but for the price that I got it I wasn’t about to complain about that because I know the cleaning lady would have reported that.

10.0The staff here was amazing-- so helpful and nice from the owner on down! The hotel is clearly not a 5 star hotel, so the beds weren't the most comfortable, and the shower pressure a stream, but I didn't expect that at the price. For budget conscious folks this is a great option in a good location.

4.0Location is good. The building is ok. The staff not my favourite, there is no safe, and the overall feeling about this is pretty close to good - but just not quite there...
