− Geen reactie over vraag ivm boeking. Ook niet op email en telefonisch ook niet. Extra geboekt ook voor de mogelijkheid tot laden van de auto, maar waren alle 3 defect!!!??? Dakterras gesloten wegens werkzaamheden, maar er werd niet gewerkt. Rustige kamer geboekt, maar kamer lag recht tegenover restaurant en bar.

− Les repas buffets, 1 plat pour un buffet, c'est un peu court. La nourriture bonne. Manque le beurre à déjeuner

5.0La piscine,hôtel proche des thermes,du centre ville, beaucoup des restaurants abordable
− La chambre initiale proposée,car pas de balcon,bac a douche difficilement accessible en raison d' un sabot de douche, nous avons demandé de changer de chambre,propreté pas top au niveau de la chambre,bcp de poussière sur étagère et salle de bain,pour résumer,ménage sommaire,aucune chaîne de télévision française tout en sachant que l hôtel se situe a 30 kms de Mulhouse,repas,menu unique, buffet de salades,plus viande,et fromage et boisson pour un prix de 104 euros pour 2 personnes,ceci tout les jours, mauvaise gestion de l approvisionnement de la nourriture.
