− Hotel or room was not as pictured when booked. When we went to our room we was met with staff in the room spraying scented spray onto the floor and trying to dry it with a leaf blower. Room was uncleaned and really dirty from bed, furniture, and bathroom. Spoke with the owner to discuss the issues and ask for a refund to be told non refundable. We did not even stay at the hotel and had even arrived early to still be charged a night's fee.
