8.0Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Hausherrin! Wir kommen gerne wieder - aber bitte ohne Dachschräge. Das Aussteigen aus dem Bett ist für Ältere wie wir so etwas schwierig.

8.0Für mich ist es sehr praktisch und ruhig, da das Hotel in einem Wohngebiet liegt, und die Preise sind sehr fair. Die Lage ist gut. Der Universitätscampus und das Universitätsklinikum sind jeweils etwa 10 Gehminuten bzw. 4 Autominuten entfernt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist etwa 10-12 Autominuten entfernt. Ich werde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und kann es wärmstens empfehlen.
Pleasant location, friendly staff, good parking
8.0I stayed five nights and would book again. The location is very pleasant and safe, in a residential area. It is short (5-minute) enjoyable walk to the bus stop. Public transportation is excellent, so all of Mainz is easily accessible. Additionally it is only a 10-minute walk to the Gutenberg university. The hotel is rather short staffed, but they work very hard to ensure that you have what you need. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, a breakfast is provided every day (for additional cost), and they give contact information in case any problems arise when they are not on site in the evening (which didn't happen during my visit). I prearranged my arrival as instructed, so I knew what to expect and I had no trouble getting entry when I first arrived. Free parking is convenient and spots were always available.
