10.0I forgot my phone charger in the room. I called the hotel and told them I’d be back to grab it. When I got back he had it on the counter waiting for me. I don’t remember his name but I believe he’s Filipino

− No air conditioning i was too hot
Served our purpose for one night.
8.0The location. The staff were lovely. It was quiet with a nice view of the lake and close to amenities.
− It was in tired, in need of some updating and fresh paint. The smell of cigarette smoke inside our room and the constant smokers on adjacent balconies .

5.0It was run down, quits old and worn, carpet old and dirty, repairs needed on walls. There was a lingering of smoke (Tabacco) smoke.
