It is so expensive for the situation of the hotel

− Not clean, so so old, not privacy at rooms because of the location of buildings and the curtains were so old amd not sliding around , carpet was so dirty and I even didn’t want to look at it

10.0Great value and location on the edge of the city
A total makeover of rooms and training/supervision needed
2.0Breakfast was good and tasty. Staff were friendly, but short staffed. The supervisor was doing a very good job of training a new employee, but could have used the help of another server. The house keeping crew were very helpful and friendly.
− The room was stuffed with old, broken furniture that made it very uncomfortable to move aroound. The huge dresser (broken drawers) was basically useless to store clothing and the huge bedframe, placed on an angle wasted to much floor space. New furniture and more than one chair would do wonders. Other than the dining room supervisor who also worked as front desk staff, the reception personnel were indifferent to guests, rarely lifting their heads to even acknowledge us.
