2.0The facilities atop the mountain is incredible. The majority of the staff at the reception do not give you their full attention, and the rooms are not clean. They will accept other clients while they check you in, and as you make your request, one staff after another will keep stepping in. I've never stayed at a hotel like the Pearl Continental in Bhurband; the staff, from the receptionist to the room cleaner, is appalling. They never changed the towels, so I asked three different persons to provide fresh ones, but no one seemed to care. When I called the operator to request a bottle of water, he informed me that they only allowed one bottle per room per day. I would NOT suggest anyone to stay here Pearl Continental Bhurband unless they improve their customer service.
