− За 3 ночи ни разу не поменяли полотенца и халаты, только добавляли шампунь и мыло. Кондиционера для волос нет. Шторка в ванной не закрывает даже половины, маленький кусок грязной тряпки, бочок унитаза подтекает и на полу постоянно вода
