2.0建物が古いのは仕方ないが、メンテナンスもオペレーションも改善余地が多い 食事（バイキング）の質、種類は低価格なりで、満足度はかなり低い 食事会場の皿の多くが洗い残しあり、食事する前から食欲を無くすだろう 宿泊料金を安く設定してるとしても（3連休で高かったが）、お金を取ってサービスを提供する最低限のレベルを下回っていると感じた 温泉の泉質はいいかもしれないが、脱衣場は汚い 扇風機のカバーに蓄積したホコリに経営者の考え方が表れている気がした 値段で選ぶとしても心の準備は必要

4.0お部屋が9階で景色は良く、川の流れに癒されました。そのおかげでお部屋の天井のクモの巣と冷蔵庫の後ろに見えてしまう埃も、スルーできました。設備全体は古くても、明るさと清潔感がもっとあれば良いと思いました。

Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
Children stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
