金額の割にサービスはよくない。
2.0− オールインクルーシブということで申し込んだか、ウェルカムドリンクはソフトドリンクのみで、自販機は操作しづらく、前に並んで操作していたおじさんが、コーヒーでやけどをしてカップを飛ばしたので、後列の私達に熱いコーヒーがかかってしまい、衣服に浸みができてしまった。 チェックアウトの際、スタッフがカード決済の操作を誤ったらしく、ホテルを出発した後、登山中に電話がかかり、金額の訂正操作をしてよいか問い合わせてきた。金額が大きかったので、操作は慎重にしていただきたい。
