4.0Staff were friendly. Otherwise, everything gives a sense of dirty and rundown place with utmost disregard to any maintenance. Just like dirty public toilets in India, broken toilet seat, missing tile (I took pictures, but unfortunately can't post). No hangers to hang your clothes, just three hooks spaced two inches apart. Wall paint dripped on the mirror but never cleaned. Water heater quit working after the first day and they didn't heed the request to change the room; instead, they replaced the water heater and I had to bear with the presence of the workers in the room. Rotten dresser top plywood! Even the plastic trash can was broken. WiFi was spotty. Power failures several times. Away from the city and hard to find transportation. Very inconvenient to live here. Unless you are a cheapo backpacker, don't even consider staying here no matter how cheap it is.

10.0Excellent location close to the lake and town, but far enough into the country side for a more peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly. I also loved the premise and peaceful coutyard.
