10.0Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control.

8.0Room was upgraded but wasn’t really an upgrade. We had a king suite with balcony. Was moved to a smaller room without balcony. Hotel is nice but it’s really out of the way so we paid way more for taxis going to excursions.

10.0We can understand how this hotel has awards. Two young ladies working there called, Nitufer and Yazel were amazing. The hotel did not work us for us but these young ladies were just outstanding. They went far beyond what was required. They were professional, polite, caring. They kept looking for what was required, and as a result the trip was a massive success. The owners of this hotel should understand how great these two ladies are for their hotel. This is why the hotel has awards because of these two special people. Thanks you ladies.
