I enjoyed Aurangabad but would definitely look for another hotel if I return.

Basic hotel with basic facilities. Location was good in a quiet side street off the main road which had a grocery store, restaurants, shops - all very handy. What concerned me was seeing the staff use what appears to be the guest towels to wipe tables, floors etc during the monsoonal downpour. I could be mistaken - the guest towels looked identical to the towels being used on the floors etc. This gives you an idea about the condition of the linen and towels at the hotel. For the price, one cannot really complain but the issue of the towels worried me. The bed linen and the bedding were also not very clean - but you get what you pay for! The staff were generally helpful and cheerful.

The hotel staff were courteous and knowledgeable but amenities offered were not satisfactory. Restaurant had only an open terrace with water leaking during rains. Complimentary breakfast options were very limited and only provided Veg options. However chef did try to cater to our requirements and good quality was good. Service was disappointing as we had to request for fresh towels and water and other amenities daily when that is basic function. Further few items inside room and toilets were broken and had to be fixed. Rooms were in general clean and value for money.
