9.0Zum einen ist es ein Schiff, also kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Aber hier war wirklich alles all inklusiv. Unerwartet überrascht. Das Personal ist extrem zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Guids sind ebenfalls super. Unserer (Anand) sind zudem sehr mit der Natur verbunden und weisen ein sehr hohen Wissensstand über Natur (Fauna&Flora) wie auch Tierwissen auf welches sie auch gerne lebendig wiedergeben. Sie sind alle sehr angagiert und das ganze war echt ein Erlebnis was ich nicht vermissen möchte.

10.0A hospedagem foi excepcional e excedeu as expectativas. Equipe muito preparada e cortês, incluindo todo o staff da embarcação. Instalações muito confortáveis e passeios deslumbrantes. Alimentação abundante e deliciosa 24hs por dia.
− Tivemos problema na reserva por falha do Booking.com. Nossa reserva para 2 cabines e 4 adultos foi feita apenas para 2 adultos, o que nos causou chateação, ansiedade e demora no Check-in. A equipe da embarcação resolveu o mais breve possível de forma muito gentil, mas pontuou que essa falha do Booking tem acontecido com frequência. Mais um ponto é que senti falta de mais atividades de mergulho no Rio Negro, achei o tempo destinado a isso durante a visita à comunidade Kambeba muito pequeno.
