8.0We like the hotel very much—it has been our favorite for years, and that's why we've returned several times. The quality of the food has remained generally good, although there seems to be slightly less variety and fewer extras than before. Overall, we still enjoy staying here, but considering the substantial price increase, we expected the overall experience to improve rather than lose some of the features we appreciated most.
− Compared to 2025, the price of a standard room with breakfast and dinner has increased by around 44%. I'm not sure whether this is related to the euro or something else, but it feels significantly higher than the average hotels price increase we've seen overall in 2026. On top of that, in addition, free parking is no longer there. What surprised us was the new rule that guests are not allowed to use the garden during breakfast and dinner. Instead, everyone has to sit inside, which feels like being in an aquarium—hot and enclosed. In previous years, the open dining area was much cooler and more pleasant, and when there were available tables, guests could also enjoy their meals in the garden. We really miss that atmosphere.
