Wonderful Stay Overshadowed by Poor Reception Service
6.0Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the resort. The room, ambience, food, and room service were excellent and truly reflected the standards of a five-star property. However, our checkout experience at the reception was extremely disappointing. We were delayed by about an hour because my young daughter suddenly started vomiting due to a food allergy. As parents, our immediate concern was to ensure she was stable before we left. We clearly informed the reception team about the situation and were fully prepared to pay any additional charges for the late checkout. Money was never the issue. What disappointed us was the way the reception staff spoke to us and handled the situation. There was a complete lack of empathy, courtesy, and professionalism. In a five-star resort, guests expect not only excellent facilities but also compassionate service during unexpected situations. Unfortunately, the attitude displayed at the reception overshadowed what had otherwise been a wonderful stay.

10.0Phenomenal stay and experience. Very well maintained property. Meticulous staff as well. Few names to mention: Ramesh from concierge, Prithq from catering - super attentive and accommodating. Suriya offered excellent house keeping.

10.0It was an amazing experience The whole staff of the resort is very humble and hospitable . They make you feel so special . Ms Nisha spend her one hour with me especially to train me yoga and meditation. And Mr Suresh is so sweet the way he welcome all the guest is commendable. The restaurant staff kept asking you to eat more , have more and they take really good care . The girl (Moanaro ) in the activity room took great care of my son . She patiently taught him different activities and played with him the entire day. Omg what a great staff . Thanks to the team .
