The hotel's location is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions. The staff is very cooperative and courteous, always willing to assist with a smile. The food served at the hotel is of good quality, with a decent variety on offer. However, the property is quite old and carries an aged smell that can be a bit off-putting. Additionally, the towels provided could be better handled, as the ones given had an unpleasant odor upon changing.

I had a very comfortable stay in thr white hotel member of radisson individuals katra .it’s really very beautiful hotel location was very peasant. Food was also good and taste. Service was so wonderful. Staff are very coprative specially mentioned the name of mr vikram sheff was provide food. Anita was really nice and very helpful and professional I will recommend everyone thanks

I stayed at an IHCL hotel in May and, while the property itself was decent, several issues made my stay less enjoyable. Firstly, the condition of the hotel was not up to the mark, with noticeable maintenance problems in my room. This was disappointing, especially given the reputation of IHCL hotels. Moreover, the staff's attitude was not welcoming, which significantly impacted my experience. One of the hallmarks of IHCL hotels should be their friendly and accommodating service, but this was sorely lacking. For instance, when I requested additional water bottles, I was directed to fill my own bottles from a cooler in the corridor. This response felt quite cheap and unprofessional, particularly for a hotel under the IHCL brand. I expected better customer service and a more guest-centric approach. Given these issues, I would not recommend staying at this particular hotel. There are plenty of other options where you might have a more pleasant and comfortable experience. The combination of poor maintenance and indifferent staff made my stay less than satisfactory, and I believe there are better alternatives available. It is unfortunate that a hotel under such a prestigious brand failed to meet basic expectations.

Horrific experience at such heft rates

One of the worst hotel possibly one can stay for the following reasons : 1. We were travelling with infants and kids and made sure before booking that food will available as and when required since small kids are there . We were assured of the same . To our horror, the kitchen is outsourced . YES , it’s outsourced and it closes at 10:30 in the night and you can’t even get a cup of tea before 8:00 in the morning . 2. Food quality was pathetic . Upma, poha all seemed rotten and tasted sour . Everything else very very oily . The buffet was limited to only to maximum 3 things 3. The staff is exceptionally rude and ill mannered . Each and every staff was hardly bothered about guests need 4. There are termites in the room of one of my friends and had to change in the night . 5. Some guests even complained that at 2AM in the morning staff used MASTER Key and opened the room and very rudely informed that by mistake the room was wrongly alloyed to them and they are suppose to be shifted to another room . HORRIFIC Guys save you precious time, money and patience and AVOID staying in this hotel/piece of crap .

Its a lodge not hotel

Staying in room 212 ,its a family room ,Its not a hotel you can say it inn or lodge,service is zero but rates r like 3 star,ordered lunch but said it will take 1 hour to serve so we ordered from outside but no plates provided.no one to carry luggage and attitude of all staffs are harsh.never will recomend or ask anyone to stay here,
