10.0Colchão e roupa de cama excelente, limpeza impecável, camareiras super educadas e atenciosas, tudo muito limpo e cheiroso .
− Nao tenho o que falar, apenas sobre as voltagens que somos de sp e levamos secador e chapinha 110 vts e no hotel é tudo 220v e nao tem transformador, mais tem secador bom no banheiro deles mesmo

10.0Localização muito boa, fácil de acessar e longe do movimento intenso. Muito agradável. O quarto é extremamente limpo, organizado, confortável. nota 10. eu adorei a equipe, muito educada, café da manhã excelente. eu já fui para gramado 4x e este sem duvida foi o melhor hotel que já fiquei. Gostei que vendem vinhos a preços excelentes no próprio hotel, tem café e chá quentinho o dia inteiro sendo servido, fora o conforto da área comum com lareira. fica próximo de mercados e farmácias também. só elogios!
