Manager’s Dismissive Attitude & Strong urine odor in Room 36

− The absolute worst treatment I have ever experienced from a manager (Mr. BOBBY) in all my years of traveling. The man goes out of his way to offend you. My wife and I arrived exhausted at a wonderful location around 9 PM, only to be given a room with a strong odor of animal urine. I called the manager, BOBBY, who told me he had no other rooms available. What I found truly mind-boggling—and what prompted me to write this—was his defiant attitude. He looked me straight in the face and claimed the room didn't smell and was completely fine, adding that I was free to leave if I didn't like it and that he'd be doing me a favor by refunding my money, given their non-refundable policy. I'm someone who understands that issues can happen anytime, but everyone needs to take responsibility. The attitude of this character, BOBBY, who takes zero accountability and insults you to your face, is unacceptable. I came there to relax, not to be insulted and mocked. I demand a deep cleaning and sanitization of room 36, as well as an official apology from the hotel for this awful treatment.

10.0Great staff, wonderful and comfy rooms, and beds. Very clean. We really liked the coffee bar with breakfast sandwiches. Would stay here again!

− Rooms lack necessities. No drawers for clothes, minimal closet space, no hooks to hang things on. Bathrooms are squeezed.

8.0Good location at the South end of the lake. It's a short drive to downtown
− The stairs to the second floor. All non smoking rooms and non pet rooms were on the second floor.
We had a fantastic time with a clean room coffee in the morning and a delicious cinnamon roll.

− Parking was a little tight
