4.0Maintenance service could be better, we didn’t get room service for 3 days long stay

6.0I can tell the bed Linens were not changed there were hairs and crumbs and things of that nature on the beds. The shower water went completely cold, ice cold, and I told the front desk. All they said was sorry about that and did nothing to resolve the issue.

6.0The property was clean for the most part. The property could use some updates. The a/c was not functioning properly but worked. The desk clerk at checkout was not very pleasant. I usually get a itemized bill receipt but I didn't. The elevators were extremely slow. The beds and bedding were comfy. The carpets had stains and hair was still in the shower from previous customers. It wasn't the IHG level that I am accustomed to.

4.0I wasn’t able to check into my room until after 5pm when check-in is at 3pm. I was told housekeeping was in there. Only to get in the room and there was a broken window. The bar was closed and so was the pool. My over experience wasn’t a good one.

10.0We only stayed for one night, but the room was perfect. Everything was clean and we had no problem checking in or out. Very convenient to all of the activities we were doing.
