− Al momento de hacer aseo en la habitación nos cambiaron las toallas por limpias y una de ellas estaba manchada como con sangre o nose tenía unas líneas rojas, tal vez estaban quemadas

− Ao tomar banho, a água vazava pelo box, molhando o banheiro todo. Uma questão simples, nada que diminua a experiência.
