10.0For a one-night transit hotel, it's more than you need. Mike at the front desk does an amazing job. He handled the issues I ran into that day with so much professionalism. He truly knows what customer service means—he is extremely attentive, kind, and helpful. When you meet people like him, you definitely want to come back

7.0Great quiet, location just on the outskirts of Enterprise, up on a hill with gorgeous views. Room was very spacious with plenty of space to put luggage. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was served promptly right before 6:00 AM.
− The bathroom was a little dated, cramped, and needed a little maintenance TLC (the bathroom sink was slow to drain). Some of the towels were coming apart at the edges. The room was also on the naturally darker side - even with all the lights on and curtains open, it was very dim.
Not worth the money. Go some where else.
1.0Nothing to like at this property. 0 stars. Waste of money. Has the Best Western name on it. But it is not a Best Western. Do not stay here.
− Staff is rude, hotel is dirty, carpets smell like mold. Our room had a horrible musty odor smell. If you have allergies. Don’t stay here. Breakfast is garbage, if you can even call it breakfast. Leave a do not disturb sign on the door they still knock. Don’t look up, you’ll see all of the water stains from water leaks in the roof/ceiling. Hot tub is warm bath water temps. Not a hot tub.
