6.0− No geral, a estadia foi boa, mas alguns pontos poderiam ser melhorados. A cama de solteiro estava com um dos pés quebrados, o que a deixava torta e comprometia o conforto. Também senti falta de um espelho no banheiro. Em um dos dias, alguns hóspedes utilizaram a área de lazer para fazer um churrasco com música em volume muito alto, o que acabou prejudicando o descanso. Outro ponto foi a acessibilidade. Nosso quarto ficava no andar superior, com dois lances de escada, e o refeitório exigia subir mais dois lances. Levar as malas foi bastante difícil, principalmente porque minha mãe tem 72 anos e possui dificuldade para subir escadas. Seria importante que essas informações fossem informadas com antecedência ou que houvesse uma alternativa mais acessível para hóspedes com mobilidade reduzida.
